Leaf Loyalty Club

To become a Leaf Loyalty Club member, please fill out the application form available from the Reception or Guest Relations department. Alternatively, you can submit your application using the membership portal on our website (regnumhotels.com). Your application needs to be approved for the membership process to be completed.

Any guest over 18 years of age currently staying or wishing to stay at Regnum Carya is eligible to apply for membership.

The Leaf Loyalty Club is a loyalty system based on the points that guests have earned from their previous stays. In order to earn these points to upgrade/raise your status, the information collected from the guest’s previous stay must be recorded to the loyalty system. Therefore we require your consent for storing your personal information in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698.

Regardless of how your reservation was made, you are eligible to earn points with each stay at Regnum Carya. The points earned vary on the room type and the season in which you stay. The points that you have accumulated during your stay are automatically registered to your account within 48 hours after your check out. Points are not spendable, they determine your status.

The points earned from past stays are registered to the guest’s account within 48 hours after approval of membership, and membership is started from the card level corresponding to the accumulated points.

Upon your membership approval, you can start enjoying the benefits offered by the relevant Leaf Loyalty Club card type that you have been issued. Guests who have accumulated the points required for upgrading to a higher card level while in house may start benefiting from the advantages and discounts offered by that card as of their next stay as the points are added after check out.

The Leaf Loyalty Club is valid for personal spending at Regnum Carya. The loyalty program offers its members discount and advantages determined by Regnum Carya Membership is proprietary. Only the primary person (the person the room reservation is assigned to) staying at the hotel under whose name membership is granted to is eligible to use the advantages. Under no circumstances can any other person use the program nor can the rights be transferred. Benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by Regnum Carya.

The Leaf Loyalty Club membership points earned for each stay at Regnum Carya are valid for 5 (five) years from the date of accrual. After the fifth year the first year’s points may be deducted. Regnum Carya keeps the right to define the validity duration of the loyalty system.

The discounts, advantages and complimentary services provided within the Leaf Loyalty Club are evaluated separately for each stay. Unused privileges cannot be transferred to a third person or used for other stays nor can they be exchanged for other services or products provided in the hotel and are not subject to refunds.
